No smoking. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house. The lessee is responsible for any cleaning or repair costs arising from a violation.
No pets. Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Laundry. Please do not launder the property’s bedsheets and towels yourself. Contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
